I would just like to let Elizabeth Pryce know how much I appreciate all there help and cooperation with the sale of my property my sale was not a simple conveyance to say the least. I had a tenant that would not leave but with the help of Mr Paul Rooke who at one stage even went to Bow Court to collect eviction papers for me (as I was at the end of my tether) he managed to with the help of bailiffs to get her to leave I was unable to be there on the day of eviction but once again Mr Rooke was there and kindly changed the locks for me. He then proceeded to sell my property with no hiccups.
