To all our clients and contractors, we wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Please note that over the Christmas period we will be closed from the 24th to 27th December inclusive. Open reduced hours from the 28th to 31st December and closed 1st and 2nd January, re opening as normal from the 3rd. For urgent maintenance issues during the holiday period please try the contact numbers below. Please note that urgent issues are complete loss of heating/hot water, complete power loss or leaking pipes. If contractors are called out by tenants for non emergency works the call out cost will be charged to the tenant.
