To all our clients and contractors, we wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Please note that over the Christmas period we will be open reduced hours on 24th December, closed on the 25th and 26th December. Open reduced hours from the 27th to 31st December and closed 1st January, re opening as normal from the 2rd January.

For urgent maintenance issues during the holiday period, if we are not available, please try the contact numbers below or any emergency operative that may be working. Please note that urgent issues are complete loss of heating/hot water, complete power loss or leaking pipes.

If contractors are called out by tenants for non emergency works the call out cost and any repairs will be charged to the tenant. If there is a suspected gas leak call National Grid 0800 111 999
